Tutoring Payments

All tutoring sessions are charged hourly, with prices starting at $50 per hour (as indicated on the website).

Payments must be made in advance through secure payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other methods available on the website).

The final price may vary depending on the subject, teacher experience, and session duration.

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

If a teacher cancels a session, students will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds are only granted if a service was not provided or if a technical issue was caused by the platform or teacher.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method used.

We do not store credit card data on our servers.

All transactions are processed by certified payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
